2568 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document outlines the terms governing your use of the 2568 platform in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 2568 platform in any way, you automatically agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 2568 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
The 2568 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.
Account Creation and Security
Account Registration
- Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at any time.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.
- 2568 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm account information.
- Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
Password Security
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details.
- 2568 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact customer support immediately.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
Users of the 2568 platform agree not to engage in any unlawful activities, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, unauthorised access to computer systems, or any activity that contravenes Malaysian law.
Specifically Prohibited Activities
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Attempting to exploit any bugs, technical vulnerabilities or system weaknesses for unfair advantage.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or engaging in collaborative betting that contravenes platform rules.
- Posting offensive, defamatory or rights-infringing content against any third party through the platform.
- Registering using another person's identity or false information.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and 2568 reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation.
Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the 2568 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include online bank transfers via FPX and Touch 'n Go e-wallet. Available payment methods are subject to change from time to time.
Deposit and Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum deposit amounts and daily withdrawal limits are set according to the user's account tier and are subject to change without prior notice.
- All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by 2568.
- 2568 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.
- Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to three business days.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
All bonuses and promotions are subject to rollover requirements stated separately. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the rollover requirements have been fully met. 2568 reserves the right to void any bonus if misuse or a breach of terms is found to have occurred.
Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Liability Limitations
2568 is not liable for any direct or indirect financial losses incurred by users while using the platform, including gaming losses, service interruptions or technical errors beyond our control. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties or guarantees.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 2568 platform — including logos, designs, text, images and software — is the exclusive property of 2568 or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or use this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The 2568 platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services. 2568 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party website or service. Users who access such links do so at their own risk.
Changes to Terms, Account Closure and Governing Law
Right to Amend Terms
2568 reserves the right to modify, add to or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable conditions.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
2568 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, a user's own request, or instructions from relevant authorities. In cases of account closure due to a breach, 2568 reserves the right to disburse any remaining account balance at its discretion following the completion of an investigation.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of the 2568 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
